Abstract:
Claim: The ornamental design for a combined shoe outsole and midsole, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of one side of a combined shoe outsole and midsole showing a first embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the other side of the combined shoe outsole and midsole shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the combined shoe outsole and midsole shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the combined shoe outsole and midsole shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the combined shoe outsole and midsole shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a cross-section generally along the line 6--6 in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a cross-section generally along the line 7--7 in FIG. 5;

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view generally along the line 8--8 in FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan of a combined show outsole and midsole showing another embodiment of my new design, the side elevational, cross-section and cross-sectional views of which being the same as the first embodiment.
