Claim: The ornamental design for an adjustable cosmetic applicator, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an adjustable cosmetic applicator, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 1, with the brush shown in an alternative position;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 1, with the brush shown in an alternative position;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a second embodiment, the only difference being the configuration of the applicator tip;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a third embodiment, the only difference being the configuration of the applicator tip;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a fourth embodiment, the only difference being the configuration of the applicator tip;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a fifth embodiment, the only difference being the configuration of the slidable button;
