Claim: The ornamental design for a combined ostomy cleaning and receptacle replacement station, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined ostomy cleaning and receptacle replacement station showing my new design with the door in open position, the broken line showing of the cleaning utensils and supplies is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, with the door in closed position;
