FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view is a mirror image;
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of an alternate embodiment of the combined bottle and cap, the top and bottom plan views are the same as those shown in FIGS. 5 and 6;
