FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof shown with the cap removed and with the rear being a mirror image;
FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof shown in assembled condition and with the opposite side being a mirror image;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 3;
FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of the cap element, with the opposite sides being identical thereof, and shown separately for clarity of illustration only;
