Claim: The ornamental design for marker pen, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a marker pen showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of my design with the cap member removed for convenience of illustration, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of FIG. 7, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of FIG. 7; and

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 7.
