Claim: The ornamental design for a combined container, closure and balloon, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a combined container closure and balloon showing my new design, the surface pattern on the balloon shown for illustrative purposes only, the opposite side being identical;

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a sectional view thereof, taken in the direction of the arrow on line 3--3 of FIG. 1.
