Claim: The ornamental design for a shoe outsole bottom, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a bottom plan view of a shoe outsole bottom showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a cross sectional view of a heel area of the outsole as shown in section 2--2 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view of the arch area of the outsole as shown in section 3--3 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view of tread elements in the ball area of the outsole as shown in section 4--4 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view of the boomerang as shown in section 5--5 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of a second embodiment of a shoe outsole bottom showing our new design;

FIG. 7 is a cross sectional view of the heel area of the outsole as shown in section 7--7 of FIG. 6;
