Claim: The ornamental design for a load-transfer device, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top and front perspective view of a load-transfer device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof, the front elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view thereof taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 4.
