Claim: The ornamental design for a door light panel, as shown and described.
Description: The FIGURE is a front elevational view of a door light panel showing my new design.

The broken line showing of a door is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The door light panel is of conventional thickness and the rear view of the door light panel is a mirror image of the front.
