Abstract:
Claim: The ornamental design for a combined vehicle wheel center and hub cover, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a combined vehicle wheel center and hub cover showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof with the hub cover shown in exploded condition;

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view thereof on a reduced scale shown in association with a two piece wheel rim which is depicted in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged front perspective view thereof with the hub cover omitted for clarity of illustration;
