Abstract:
Claim: The ornamental design for a combined root canal file and grip handle, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a bottom, front perspective view of a combined root canal file and grip handle showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top, rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged end elevational view of the grip handle portion thereof, the opposite end being identical in appearance to that shown; and

FIG. 4 is an enlarged end and side perspective view thereof.

The file portion is omitted from FIGS. 3 and 4 for clarity of illustration.
