FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the middle flange taken along the line 3--3 of arrows 3, the rear elevational view thereof being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line 4--4 of arrows 4;
FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;
