Claim: The ornamental design for a molding element, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the molding element;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an opposite side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a view in section as seen along the line 4--4 in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The molding element has been broken away at one end in FIG. 1 and at both ends in FIGS. 2, 3, 5 and 6 to indicate indeterminate length.
