FIG. 2 is an elevational view taken at a 45.degree. angle from the top shown in FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of the side shown;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 6 is an elevational view taken 180.degree. from the view shown in FIG. 2;
FIG. 7 is a perspective view taken from the top, one side and one end of a modified form of the tube coupler shown in FIG. 1;
