FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a front, top and right side perspective view of a second embodiment thereof;
FIG. 6 is a front, top and right side perspective view of a third embodiment thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a front, top and right side perspective view of a fourth embodiment thereof.
The differences in the second, third and fourth embodiments reside in the features on the front.
