Claim: The ornamental design for a control panel for a machine control system, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a control panel for a machine control system showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines showing a housing for a control panel are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
