FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and
FIG. 7 is an enlarged sectional view taken along lines 7--7 of FIG. 2, it being understood that a portion of the holder has been shown broken away for convenience of illustration.
