Claim: The ornamental design for an airflow core for refrigeration units, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an airflow core for refrigeration units showing our new design, the rear elevation being identical in appearance;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being identical in appearance;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is an enlarged top perspective view thereof.

The rear elevational view, not shown, is the same as FIG. 1; and the left side elevational view, not shown, is the same as FIG. 2.
