FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a refuse collecting device, showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view; the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view;
FIG. 4 is a front elevational view;
FIG. 5 is a top view;
FIG. 6 is a bottom view;
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the refuse collecting device shown with a detachable handle and shovel;
FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of the handle and detachably attachable shovel;
FIG. 9 is a bottom view of the shovel; and
FIG. 10 is a top view of the handle absent the shovel.
