Claim: The ornamental design for a combined case and rack for a circuit board or the like, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a right front perspective view of a combined case and rack showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged scale side elevational view thereof in the rack form with the two sections nested together;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 3.
