Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design, the rear elevational view being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being substantially plain and unornamented. _
