Claim: The ornamental design for a toy dish drainer, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a toy dish drainer showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken on line 5--5 of FIG. 1.
