Claim: The ornamental design for a combined inside and outside thermometer, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined inside and outside thermometer showing my new design with an environmental showing of a transparent member in broken-lines between the two portions of the design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image thereto.
