Claim: The ornamental design for a razor handle, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a razor handle showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof.
