Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a multiple-occupancy residential building or similar article showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The top thereof, to any extent not visible in FIGS. 1-4, is plain and unornamented, as is the bottom thereof.
