Claim: The ornamental design for a sensing antenna housing for a theft detection system, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a sensing antenna housing for a theft detection system showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image; and

FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof taken from the front, top and side.

The housing is shaded to indicate contrast.
