FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof rotated 90 degrees in a counterclockwise direction about its longitudinal axis from the position of FIG. 3.
FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof rotated 90 degrees in a counterclockwise direction about its longitudinal axis from the position of FIG. 4.
