Claim: The ornamental design for an interlocking curb platform panel for animal confinement pens, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a fragmentary perspective view taken from the top, front and right side of an interlocking curb platform panel for animal confinement pens showing my new design, the rear being a mirror image of the front shown;

FIG. 2 is a left side view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The interlocking curb platform panel has been broken away in FIGS. 1 through 3 to indicate indeterminate length.
