Claim: The ornamental design for an orthopedic garment, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a right, front elevational view of an orthopedic garment showing my new design, the opposite side being identical thereto;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view, the opposite side being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view in an opened position; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view in an opened position.
