Claim: The ornamental design for a skate cover, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top and right front perspective view of a skate cover showing my new design;

FIG. 4 is a top and right front perspective view of another embodiment of my new design of FIGS. 1-3 wherein the laces have been omitted, all other views being identical to those of FIGS. 2 and 3.
