Claim: The ornamental design for a chain anchor for a concrete floor or the like, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is an exploded side view of a chain anchor for a concrete floor or the like showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top assembled view thereof with the cap and chain rotated 90.degree. counter-clockwise;

FIG. 5 is a partial side view of the center housing taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the assembled design with the cap and chain moved laterally to the right of FIG. 1.
