Claim: The ornamental design for an optical gun sight mount, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the optical gun sight mount;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view.

The broken lines in FIG. 4 are not part of the design or the article sought to be patented, but show the manner in which an optical gun sight is carried by the mount of this invention.
