Claim: The ornamental design for a combined merchandise advertising and telephone order booth, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined merchandise advertising and telephone order booth, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 2, the side opposite being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom _being unornamented.

The rear, which is not shown, is unornamented and is attached to a wall during use.
