Claim: The ornamental design for a record cleaner, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a phonograph record cleaner showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a back elevational view thereof.

The conventional cord has been shown fragmentarily in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 for convenience of illustration.
