Claim: The ornamental design for a plaque with sunk relief, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a plaque with sunk relief showing my new design, the sunk relief being provided in the rear thereof and viewed through the plaque;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof.
