Claim: The ornamental design for a toy riding horse, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a right side elevational view of a toy riding horse showing my new design, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.
