Claim: The ornamental design for a novelty tennis racket having two heads, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a novelty tennis racket having two heads employing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the tennis racket of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation view of the tennis racket of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the tennis racket of FIG. 1.

The back view of the tennis racket is substantially the same as FIG. 1, and the other side view of the tennis racket is the same as FIG. 3.
