Claim: The ornamental design for the housing for a dispenser for liquid soap or the like, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a housing for a dispenser for liquid soap or the like showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof.

The bottom of the housing is substantially flat; and, the rear and the bottom are unornamented.
