Claim: An ornamental design for a combination of high intensity lamp and built-in solid state clock, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the combination high-intensity lamp and solid state clock showing my new design in the open position;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof in the open position;

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view thereof in the closed position;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front perspective view thereof in the closed position.

The face of the solid state clock is indicated by the oblique line shading on the front surface of the base.
