Claim: The ornamental design for a bicycle reflector, or the like as shown.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the bicycle reflector showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom edge view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top edge view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a side edge view thereof.
