Claim: The ornamental design for an antimicrobial susceptibility card for use with an automated microbial identification machine, substantially as shown.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a card embodying the new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side view of the antimicrobial susceptibility card of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a lower side view of the card of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the card of FIG. 1 rotated right side over left;

FIG. 5 is a side view of the card of FIG. 4 looking into the top thereof as oriented in FIG. 4; and
