Abstract:
Claim: The ornamental design for a lung exercise device, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevation of a lung exercise device showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation thereof.

FIG. 3 is a side elevation thereof.

FIG. 4 is a top plan thereof and also is a mirror image of the bottom thereof; and

FIG. 5 is an elevation as seen from the side opposite FIG. 3.
