Abstract: A water preconditioning system is provided. The system includes a circulating tank configured to receive therein water, an ozone machine in fluid communication with the circulating tank and configured to add ozone to the water as the water circulates through the ozone machine, and a magnetic structuring stage in fluid communication with the ozone machine. The water preconditioning system outputs water preconditioned for electrolysis. The system may be utilized as part of a system for producing and tuning super-oxygenated and structured water.
Claim: What is claimed is:

1. A water preconditioning system comprising: a circulating tank configured to receive water; an ozone machine in fluid communication with the circulating tank; arecirculation pipe coupling said circulating tank with said ozone machine, wherein the ozone machine is configured to add ozone to the water as the water circulates between the circulating tank and the ozone machine; a magnetic structuring stage influid communication with the ozone machine; and a feed back pipe coupling said magnetic structuring state to said circulating tank such that the water and the ozone pass through the magnetic structuring stage multiple times.

2. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a filtering system in fluid communication with a water source and configured to filter water received from the water source prior to receipt of the water by the circulating tank.

3. The system of claim 2, wherein the filtering system comprises at least one filter configured to filter sediment from the water.

4. The system of claim 3, wherein the filtering system comprises at least three filters configured to filter different sized sediment from the water.

5. The system of claim 4, wherein the three filters comprise: an .about.10.mu. filter; an .about.5.mu. filter; and an .about.0.5.mu. filter, arranged in sequence.

6. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a UV system configured to irradiate the filtered water with UV light prior to receipt of the water by the circulating tank.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the ozone machine is operated for .about.5 to .about.15 seconds for every .about.100 gallons of water in the circulating tank.

8. The system of claim 7, wherein the ozone machine is operated for .about.5 seconds for every .about.100 gallons of water in the circulating tank.

9. The system of claim 1, wherein the magnetic structuring stage comprises: apparatus configured to create a magnetic flux through which the water passes.

10. The system of claim 9, wherein the apparatus comprises: a plurality of magnets spaced along a pipe.

11. The system of claim 10, wherein the plurality of magnets comprises a plurality of donut magnets.

12. The system of claim 11, wherein the plurality of donut magnets are spaced a predetermined distance apart along the pipe.

13. The system of claim 12, wherein the plurality of donut magnets are equally spaced a predetermined distance apart along the pipe.

14. The system of claim 13, wherein the plurality of donut rings comprises fourteen donut rings.

15. The system of claim 14, wherein the donut rings extend .about.7 feet along the pipe.

16. The system of claim 14, wherein a magnetic field strength of the donut rings varies from .about.350 to .about.900 Gauss.
