Description: Electrical connector comprising a resilient clip having opposed clamping jaws, at least one of which is urged toward the other for receiving therebetween and resiliently gripping one of the end contacts of a narrow, tube-shaped electrical component of the type having a contact located at each of the spaced-apart ends thereof; the component being intended to be placed into electrical and mechanical engagement with the resilient clip by pushing the component toward the clip along a line perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the component until one of the said end contacts is received within and resiliently gripped by the jaws of the resilient clip.
