Description: Apparatus wherein the supporting means comprises a frame having length and width dimensions, an opening in the frame having lesser corresponding dimensions and closed on four sides by the frame, and the supporting means is related to the rotating member in the following manner: (a) an arc of the periphery of the rotating member projects through the opening; (b) the length and width dimensions lie in a plane parallel to and spaced from the axis of rotation; (c) the length dimension subtends the member on a chord thereof; and (d) the width dimension is parallel to the axis of rotation.
